I also provide you with a 2 page handout before each class explaining the theme of the week in more detail, with reflection questions for after class and mind-body exercises to do for the week.

Who is this series for?
Fertility yoga is for you if:
you have been actively trying to conceive for 6 months +
you have experienced multiple losses
you have an unexplained infertility diagnosis
you are currently undergoing IVF or IUI
you already have a child but are struggling to conceive again

You don't NEED any special yoga props, just a yoga mat, a few blankets and pillows. However one or two yoga blocks will enhance your practice experience. These can be bought at this store in Montreal, or online.
You have the option to keep your camera off for your privacy during the class, and you will always have access to the replay for 1 week after the class.
