CALM Yoga - 6 week series
CALM yoga is my signature ONLINE class, designed to help you calm your mind, and feel really peaceful in your body. It is the perfect practice to ease anxiety and help you get a good night's sleep.
Our 75 minutes together will include:
- breath work (pranayama)
- gentle stretching
- yoga postures (asana)
- affirmation and visualization
- yoga nidra (yogic sleep)
This class is for every BODY new or old to yoga. Practice with your partner or child at home and receive 2 for 1.
- Tuesday 7:30-8:45pm
- November 3rd - December 8th (in the event that I have to attend a birth you will receive 24 hours notice and makeup class will be December 15th)
*** Class recording will be available for one week after class.
- It is helpful to have 2 yoga blocks at home but is not mandatory. These can be bought online or at the Sea of Tranquility in Montreal.
