we will explore and embody the characteristics of the Durga, goddess warrior of Protection and Strength
The first 20 minutes of each class includes a group discussion.
This class is for women who are looking to connect with a community, and feel empowered during these COVID times.
- Tuesdays 7:30-8:45pm
- March 9th - April 13 (in the event that I have to attend a birth you the makeup class will be April 20th)
*** Class recording will be available for one week after class.
- Please have 2 yoga blocks. A yoga strap and bolster are also helpful but not mandatory.
