about me

Hi, I’m Lauren

6 years ago, when my son was 10 months old, I took a leap of faith when I decided to leave my stable paycheck as a high school science teacher to pursue yoga and doula work so I could spend more time at home with my kids.

Since then I have built my own brand and developed several online wellness programs for my yoga, doula, and coaching business, while prioritizing family life, and my own mental and physical health.

If I did it, you can too!

Although I may be a “solopreneur” it’s important to know that I didn’t create my thriving brand and online business alone.

Over the years, as I have grown my business, I have invested in multiple marketing trainings, sales training, business coaching, and visibility coaching.

And I truly believe that it has been my many coaches, mentors, and supportive communities that have brought me to where I am today!

Now it’s my turn to offer you a supportive container so you can:

  • Improve your relationship with money and boost your confidence about charging (possibly more) for your services.

  • Have simple tools to develop (and maintain) a resilient mindset (in business, mindset = life!) for the times you feel unmotivated or like things aren’t working.
