Because after 6 years of doing this work I have seen hundreds of women get pregnant despite the odds. Even when doctors told them their chances were low, even when they had multiple miscarriages, even when fertility treatments didn’t work.

And if it happened for them, it can happen for you too. You are already whole and complete exactly as you are, you just need to reconnect with that part of you who believes.

My approach to fertility is a holistic one which addresses all aspects of your well being including mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. The tools and framework I use in my fertility programs blend together science (psychology + neuroscience) and spirituality (yoga + meditation). When you work with me you will learn to release fear and stress, feel your emotions (even the hard ones!), let go of expectations of how your journey “should” be, and build confidence and trust in yourself and your body’s ability to get and stay pregnant.
